* General Terms of Use – This gift box allows its recipient to stay at our O’MANAVA Lodge & Wellness guesthouse. - The gift box is valid year-round. The reservation date must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability. - All reservations must be confirmed by telephone. - The gift box is valid for a one-night stay and includes any additional services. - The gift box is strictly personal and non-transferable. The card bearing the reservation name in this gift box must be presented upon arrival and must match the name exchanged at the time of booking. Failure to present the personalized card will result in the cancellation of the reservation. - It cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund and cannot be combined with other offers. - If the cost of the stay exceeds the value of the gift box, the difference must be paid by the recipient upon arrival. - The gift box is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; after this period, it can no longer be used. Any cancellation must be reported at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. - Gift boxes used for a no-show reservation without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be extended. - O’MANAVA Lodge & Bien-Être cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or fraudulent use of the gift box. - In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the gift box, French law applies, and the competent court will be that of the location of the guesthouse.
