* General Conditions of Use of the Gift Card – This gift card allows its recipient to stay in our O’MANAVA Lodge & Well-Being guesthouse. - The gift card is valid all year round based on the minimum rate. For reservations between 01/06 and 31/08, a supplement will be requested. The reservation date must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival, subject to availability. - All reservations must be confirmed by telephone or email, indicating the gift card number. - The gift card is valid for a reservation of one or more nights as well as additional services. - The gift card is strictly personal and non-transferable. The gift card must be presented upon arrival and correspond to the number exchanged at the time of reservation. In digital form, it must be printed to be presented upon arrival. Any forgetting of the gift card will result in cancellation of the reservation. - It cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund and cannot be combined with other offers. - If the amount of the stay exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid by the beneficiary upon arrival. - The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which it can no longer be used. Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. - Gift cards used for a reservation not honored without notice are not refundable or extended. - Liability O’MANAVA Lodge & Bien-Être cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or fraudulent use of the gift card. - In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the gift card, French law is applicable and the competent court will be that of the location of the guest room.
